What Are Drivers?
Drivers are root cause categories that help you understand why a criterion scored low. When an evaluator gives a low score, they select a driver to categorize the issue.
Examples of drivers:
- Training — staff need more training
- Equipment — broken or missing equipment
- Process — unclear or outdated process
- Staffing — not enough staff on shift
Drivers are configured from the Scoring Drivers tab on the Templates page and can be customized to match your organization's needs. Driver data appears in reports to help identify systemic issues.
