Corrective Actions Overview

Corrective Actions are automatically generated when evaluations are overdue or walks go unacknowledged by store managers.

There are three escalation levels:

  • Reminder — initial notification that action is needed
  • Escalated — issue has persisted, escalated to regional manager
  • Critical — requires immediate attention from admin

Corrective actions are resolved automatically when the underlying issue is addressed (e.g., the overdue walk is completed or the manager acknowledges the walk).
