## Corrective Actions Overview

**Corrective Actions** are automatically generated when evaluations are overdue or walks go unacknowledged by store managers.

There are three escalation levels:
- **Reminder** — initial notification that action is needed
- **Escalated** — issue has persisted, escalated to regional manager
- **Critical** — requires immediate attention from admin

Corrective actions are resolved automatically when the underlying issue is addressed (e.g., the overdue walk is completed or the manager acknowledges the walk).
