Challenges Overview
Challenges are admin-created, time-bound competitions that motivate stores to improve in specific areas.
Challenge Types
- Score Target — stores compete to hit a target score
- Most Improved — greatest score improvement wins
- Walk Count — stores compete on number of completed walks
- Highest Score — the highest single walk score wins
Creating a Challenge
- Go to Leaderboard and click Create Challenge
- Set a name, type, start and end dates
- Optionally scope to a specific template section (e.g., "Cleanliness" only)
- Optionally scope to a region or the entire organization
- Add prizes or incentive descriptions
When a challenge ends, it is finalized and winners are determined. Participants receive email notifications with the final results.
