Achievements & Badges

Achievements are badges earned by stores and evaluators for reaching performance milestones. They provide ongoing motivation beyond time-bound challenges.

Achievement Tiers

• Bronze — entry-level milestones
• Silver — intermediate milestones
• Gold — advanced milestones
• Platinum — exceptional milestones

Achievement Types

• Perfect Score — achieve a 100% score on a walk
• Score Above 90% — maintain scores above 90% consistently
• Walk Streak — complete walks on consecutive scheduled periods
• Score Streak — maintain a score streak above the goal
• Walk Count — complete a target number of walks
• Improvement — show significant score improvement over time

Achievements are earned automatically and team members receive email notifications when they unlock new badges. View earned achievements on the Leaderboard page.
