Choosing a Plan
StoreAudit offers flexible plans based on your organization's size and needs. Each tier builds on the previous one:
- Starter — $29/store/mo — the full evaluation loop: store walks with photos, AI walk summaries, action items with review workflow, email digest reports, and department evaluations. Up to 5 users, 1 scoring template, 10 walks per store/month.
- Pro — $49/store/mo — everything in Starter, plus evaluation scheduling, automatic walk creation, advanced analytics, goals & KPI tracking, store benchmarking, SOP document management, CSV export, achievement badges, and unlimited templates and walks. Up to 25 users.
- Enterprise — $79/store/mo — everything in Pro, plus self-assessments and quick assessments, AI photo analysis, AI-scored department evaluations, leaderboards & challenges, vendor sharing, external evaluator access, POS & inventory integrations, custom branded emails, and API access. Unlimited users.
Pricing is per-store, per-month. Annual billing saves ~16%. Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% off at 3-4 stores, 10% off at 5-9, 15% off at 10-24, and 20% off at 25+ stores.
