Stores Overview

The Stores page is where you manage all your store locations. Each store has a name, number, address, and can be assigned to a region for organization.

  • Add stores individually or in bulk
  • Edit store details, contact info, and manager assignments
  • Deactivate stores that are closed or temporarily offline
  • Geolocation — add latitude/longitude for GPS-verified walks
  • Departments — assign departments (e.g., Produce, Deli, Cashiers) to stores for department evaluations

Stores can be filtered by region, status, and searched by name or number.

Regions

Regions let you group stores geographically or organizationally. Regional managers can be assigned to regions to scope their access.

  • Go to the Stores page and click Manage Regions to create, edit, or delete regions
  • Assign a store to a region when creating or editing the store
  • Regional managers only see stores in their assigned regions

Department Assignments

Departments are categories within a store (e.g., Produce, Bakery, Front End) that can be individually evaluated using Department Evaluations.

  • Create department types from the Departments page
  • Assign departments to individual stores from the store detail or bulk-assign across stores
  • Each department can be evaluated independently with AI photo analysis

QR Code Verification

Each store has a unique QR verification code that can be printed and posted at the store entrance. Evaluators scan the code when starting a walk to verify they are physically at the correct location.

  • Print QR codes — download as PNG or a branded PDF with store name and address
  • Scan to verify — evaluators scan the QR code during walk creation for instant verification
  • Regenerate tokens — if a QR code is compromised, regenerate it from the store detail page
  • Verification badge — QR-verified walks display a verification badge on the walk detail page

QR verification works alongside GPS verification for dual-layer location assurance.
