Schedules Overview
Evaluation schedules automate the creation of walks on a recurring basis:
- Frequencies — weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly
- Scope — schedule for the entire org, a region, or a specific store
- Evaluator assignment — optionally pre-assign an evaluator
- Automated reminders — configurable reminder notifications sent before scheduled walks
Manage schedules from the Schedules tab on the Walks page. You can also subscribe to a calendar feed (iCal) to see scheduled walks in your calendar app.
