## Vendor Sharing Overview

**Vendor Sharing** lets you share walk results with external vendors (e.g., suppliers, service providers) without giving them an account in StoreAudit.

### How It Works

- Open a completed walk and click **Share with Vendor**
- Enter the vendor's name and email address
- Set an **expiration** for the share link (e.g., 7 days, 30 days)
- Optionally choose which sections to share — you can filter by relevant sections to limit what the vendor sees
- The vendor receives an email with a **secure link** to view the walk results

### Vendor View

Vendors see a read-only view of the shared walk results including scores, photos, and notes. They can also:
- Leave **comments** on the walk or on specific action items
- View only the sections you chose to share

Share links expire automatically and can be revoked at any time from the walk detail page. Comments left by vendors are visible to your team and include the vendor's name and timestamp.
