## SOP Documents Overview

**SOP Documents** let you upload your standard operating procedures and link them directly to scoring criteria in your templates.
- **Upload** PDFs or documents with your SOPs
- **Link to criteria** — associate SOPs with specific scoring criteria
- **AI suggestions** — StoreAudit can automatically suggest which criteria relate to each SOP based on content analysis
- **Reference during walks** — evaluators can see linked SOPs while scoring
