## Reports Overview

The [Reports](/reports) page provides comprehensive analytics organized into five tabs:
- **Overview** — high-level KPIs, score trends over time, and organization-wide metrics
- **Store Deep Dive** — individual store performance, score history, and comparisons
- **Section Analysis** — drill into scoring template sections to identify consistently strong or weak areas
- **Evaluator Insights** — compare evaluator scoring patterns and consistency
- **Action Items & Drivers** — track action item completion rates and top root cause drivers

All tabs support filtering by date range, store, region, and template. CSV exports are available for further analysis.

## Store Deep Dive

The **Store Deep Dive** tab lets you examine a single store's performance in detail:
- Score trend line with goal indicator
- Section-by-section breakdown over time
- Walk history with scores and evaluator names
- Comparison against regional and organization averages

## Section Analysis

The **Section Analysis** tab shows how each section of your scoring template performs across stores:
- Average score per section across all stores
- Identify sections that consistently score low organization-wide
- Compare section performance across regions

## Evaluator Insights

The **Evaluator Insights** tab helps you understand scoring patterns across your team:
- Average scores per evaluator
- Walk count and frequency per evaluator
- Score distribution to identify evaluators who may be scoring too leniently or strictly

## Action Items & Drivers

The **Action Items & Drivers** tab provides insight into follow-up activity:
- Action item completion rates and aging
- Most common scoring drivers (root causes)
- Trends in driver frequency over time
- Breakdown by store and region
